A Quality Manager has experience ensuring the organization, product or service meets objectives for quality with responsibilities for quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, quality improvement, and customer’s satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Implements audits, ensuring quality standards (IATF 16949/ISO 9001), safety (OSHA), QMS, and procedure policies.
· Collaborates with clients, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with delivered products.
· Conducts or assists with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifies, recommends, or executes corrective actions.
· Provides quality engineering support for in-progress and final acceptance projects.
· Provides technical and administrative support and guidance to direct and indirect Quality Control team
· Analyzes, reviews, and approves manufacturing engineering policies, processes, documentation, and operations.
· Oversees data collection, analysis, and other research for quality projects.
· Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or above in the field of Business Admin, Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering.
· Possess at least 5 years Quality management working experience.
· Able to communicate with customers and facilitate process improvement activities.
· Able to lead team to conduct process audit and QMS audit.
· Able to interface customer audit.
· Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
