Responsibilities
- Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center.
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit.
- Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival.
- Order Parts
- Write PO's and invoices.
- Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person.
- Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
- Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers.
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
- Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
