Duties

- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of DMS System Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.
- Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring excellent service standards
- Assist with administrative duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency
Skills
