Senior Quality Manager

Litron seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality department and ensure compliance with industry standards in the aerospace and medical sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), providing training and support to staff, and collaborating with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality-related challenges. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain compliance with industry standards, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or medical sectors. You will have proven experience in managing a quality department and leading a team, strong knowledge of NADCAP and relevant regulatory standards, and proficiency in quality management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Additionally, you will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
