Assistant Manager
Little Caesars Pizza is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and support to all guests and team members. In addition, the candidate will be able to deliver excellent food quality and quantity, while maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant.
Responsibilities: Include
Controlling labor hours to promote efficiency
Conducting quality control of outgoing products
Assisting in training of new staff members
Communicating with members of the management team
Running shifts and guiding team members to successful shifts
Appropriately placing team members in positions to promote a smooth operation
Shifts will be determined at the discretion of business needs. Management must maintain a weekend/holiday availability as this is the peak times for business. Requests off must first be discussed with upper management to ensure the store can maintain proper supervision and staffing in your absence.
