What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Little Caesars Pizza?
SHIFTS:
Shifts are determined by store volume. We are looking to hire night time crew members who are available on the weekends. Weekends tend to be our busiest times of the week and have to be staffed appropriately. We offer flexible scheduling to all of our staff to help accommodate outside factors i.e school and college students.
IMMEDIATE HIRING
We are looking for a person who is tired of going job to job. We are always eager to promote our employees from within as opposed to hiring for higher up positions including; shift leaders, closing managers, assistant managers, store manager and general managers. The Crew Member will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our customers. We will provide training for the new employee, and expect the employee to perform their duties with no problems. We will provide all necessary tools, training, and support to enable the employee to excel!

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter our restaurant. Understand their needs and offer suggestions for meals or other items that would be suitable for them.
- Take orders from customers while providing excellent customer service. Communicate with other staff about customers' orders or other items that may be related to their requests. Prepare food orders as directed by the chef using proper food safety procedures.
- Follow instructions from management to ensure that your work is performed in high quality and with attention to detail. Help maintain a clean work area including washing dishes when required. Help prepare food for serving according to core guidelines instructions. Assist in closing restaurant when required.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area including removing trash as instructed by management. Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
Health insurance will be offered to those who maintain a full time position within the company. As well employees must refrain from infraction during the 60 day probationary period. Pay rates may vary based on availability, experience etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
