The Crew Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a smile and positive attitude
- Prepare and package food according to Little Caesars standards
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly
- Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in the fast-food industry (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
