Little Caesars is looking for highly motivated, friendly, outgoing, trustworthy and reliable individuals for part-time Crew Member positions.

• Perform operational duties to deliver excellent customer service and support franchisee’s organization. Serves customers according to the Little Caesars Customer Service Standards.
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image
• Perform and assist in preparation, assembly, and landing of Little Caesar menu items.
• Stock delivery in designated locations, as well as put items in designated areas. * Prepare dough and sauce.*
• Maintain daily preps, answer phones, accurately take and assemble customer orders operate cash register
• Package menu items appropriately and consistently.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, maintaining high standards that represent and reflect the corporate image. Daily cleaning duties include washing dishes, sweeping and mopping entire floor daily and as needed throughout the scheduled shift. Maintain a clean and orderly bathroom and carry out the trash as needed. Clean and sterilize work stations, wash windows, maintain clean tables. In addition, detailed cleaning may be assigned as needed.
• Properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment, such as the dough machine (ONLY if 18 years of age or older!)
• Maintain appropriate uniform attire and personal hygiene. Uniform is to consist of black pants, non-slip shoes, Little Caesars hat, and the Little Caesars shirt. Uniform is required to be clean and appropriately sized. QUALIFICATIONS This job operates in a fast food environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Minimum Age 16 years old
• 18 years or older to clean appropriate operational machinery
• Dependable and hard-working, with the ability to handle pressure and stress.

• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
• May be required to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Push and pull up to 55lbs
• Active movement throughout the day: walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, etc. (not a sedentary position)
• Finger dexterity is needed to prepare product

• As a crew member at Little Caesars, you will work as part of the restaurant team to assist in making Hot-N-Ready products that are of a high quality, and provide outstanding service that will keep our customers satisfied and coming back.

ADA Statement: Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time.

Employees must prepare hot and cold food using kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy.

Employees may be required to lift up to 55 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops to serve customers.

The Kitchen can be hot and Noise levels are usually high, storage space is limited and shelving is high.
