Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Perform basic math calculations to process transactions accurately.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote our products and increase sales.
- Participate in inventory management and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our menu items and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or retail sales is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for operating a cash register and processing transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
