What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook- Full Time position at Little Falls Hospital?
Under the general supervision of the Kitchen Manager and the Director of Food and Nutrition, you would perform a variety of routine duties in the kitchen including, but not limited to, preparing and serving entrees, soups, and side dishes for the day to day operation and patient care. Strict sanitary conditions are maintained following established practices and procedures. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) documentation is completed and appropriately filed.
