All Employees at Little Lambs must meet the following qualifications:
- Faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to sharing that faith with children, families and staff.
- Qualifications as required by Rule 3
- Having the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to take directions from lead staff in the classroom and ability to solve problems that arise.
- Mandated Background check
- First Aid and CPR is required
- Ability to work constructively with the teachers to solve problems that arise
- Mandated Background check

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
