Role Description
Little Minds Therapy is looking for a full-time Child Therapist to join our growing team. This on-site role involves providing therapy to children while working closely with families and other healthcare professionals. Parent work is a key part of this role, as we believe in empowering families to support their child’s progress and well-being, ensuring that both children and their families receive the tools and guidance they need to thrive together.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with an active license in MD (having additional licensure in DC or VA is a plus)
- At least one year of post-grad experience providing therapy to children ages 4-12
- Experience working in community mental health, schools, private practice, or similar settings with a focus on children’s mental health
- Preference for previous training or experience in therapeutic modalities applicable to child therapy, such as Play Therapy, Art Therapy, CBT, PCIT, SPACE, or other relevant approaches

Salary : $96,000 - $100,000
