What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher/Childcare Provider Assistant position at Little People Big Hearts Day Care?
We are looking for a Lead Teacher / Child Care Assistant who is trustworthy, dedicated, hardworking, caring, nurturing, energetic ,patient, organized, passionate and experienced working with children of all ages. (6 weeks to 12 years old) Able to assist provider in all daily activities, creative, able to assist in making sure the environment is safe and secure at all times, able to prepare meals, activities, paperwork, able to sanitize all items and areas used by staff and children, diaper changing, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay rate is based on experience.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older, Bilingual A , valid NYS Drivers License , able to pass background check, administrative experience, excellent communication skills, customer service, computer knowledge, and have a CDA or Must obtain a CDA within 6 months.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
