What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Food Prep position at Little River Inn?
Position Summary: Clean and store all dishes and cookware and utensils as required and by commercial kitchen standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the kitchen, pantry, and back of the house server/busser/bellhop area. Empty garbage and maintain dumpster area.
Principle Job Duties:
- Operate dish washing machine per instructions
- Clean and sanitize food dishes, utensils, pots and pans
- Stock clean dishes and utensils in appropriate areas
- Dump garbage and maintain dumpster area
- Clean and stock public and employee bathrooms
- Clean Bar area
- Complete daily preparations as required by cooks and assist with food preparation as required.
Job Type: Part-time
