This position is available in Pine Bluff, with part-time and full-time options based on candidate availability.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinic Nurse at LRAAC, you'll play a key role in supporting patients through diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, all while ensuring compliance with our clinical protocols and state regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting in the diagnosis and management of acute, episodic, or chronic conditions
· Administering medications and prescribed treatments
· Taking vitals
· Supporting the development and execution of care plans
· Coordinating referrals and follow-up care
· Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and the broader clinical team
· Providing clear and compassionate communication with patients and staff
· Performing other clinical duties as needed to support patient care
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:
· Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant in good standing
· Prior clinical experience in a nursing or healthcare setting
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Comfortable navigating EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
· Professional, patient-centered approach to care
