Job Summary
We are looking for experienced, compassionate Caregivers to join our team! We are based in Columbia but provide service throughout the State of South Carolina.
You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You will need to operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but also by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light cleaning in the home, or assisting with personal care
- keeping records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Remind client of medications and meal prep
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited nurse assistant program preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license, liability insurance & reliable transportation required
- CPR certification required (or willing to get)
Salary : $13 - $15
