What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charleston Music Hall Security position at Live Nation?
Job Summary:
The Charleston Music Hall is looking for part-time security guards to join their team in Charleston, SC. The security position will start at $15/hour. The Music Hall is partners with Frank Productions, LLC and Live Nation Entertainment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests
- Maintain and oversee operations for entry into the venue
- Identify any issues or threats within the venue and report concerns to venue management
- Assist with venue set up, per the direction of the event organizer
- Assist with emptying trash cans and general clean up
- Communicate clearly with staff and guests
- Follow company protocol as communicated by venue management
- All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions as necessary
- Possess leadership qualities based on teamwork
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
- Pleasant and friendly disposition
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Ability to work in a concert environment that includes loud conditions and lighting effects
- Must be able to perform duties for 8 hours while walking and standing, including climbing flights of stairs
- Ability to perform physical labor in order to satisfy job responsibilities, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting as necessary
- Must be able to lift or move up to 150 pounds using proper lifting techniques, as necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background check required
