Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Plano, TX location for a Pharmacy Technician with compounding experience. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for preparing sterile and non-sterile compounded medications, assisting pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing, managing inventory to ensure adequate supplies, and providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with prescription preparation and processing
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and a strong understanding of the role of Pharmacy Technicians
• Skills in inventory control and the ability to manage stock effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Experience with compounding, particularly sterile and non-sterile preparations, is required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
