Minimum 5 years hands-on MongoDB development experience building production applications. · Aggregation pipelines, indexes, schema design, replica sets, sharding, performance tuning. · Dataflows: Change Streams, connectors (Kafka/Spark), large‑scale migration experience · XML/JSON modeling, indexes, semantic search, XQuery, REST APIs, data ingestion. · Understanding of MarkLogic clusters, forests, data‑services, and search relevance tuning. · Strong SQL (joins, CTEs, window queries, normalization/denormalization). · Expertise designing polyglot architectures mixing relational document search engines. · ETL/ELT pipelines, data profiling, validation rules, reconciliation. Experience with enterprise ingestion pipelines, metadata management, lineage.
Good-to-Have · Kafka, Airflow, Spark, DataHub/Atlas for metadata. · REST API design, microservices (Java/Spring Boot or Python). · Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with managed NoSQL offerings. · Experience with enterprise search (Elastic/Solr) is a bonus.
