Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations for our clients, working with modern platforms/systems, an advanced cloud environment, and a collaborative team of Systems Engineers. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to build and expand their technical skills in a fast-paced, support-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and other office technology
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory
- Support network domains and address basic networking issues
- Assist clients via phone, email, or remote support in a clear, professional manner
- Provide guidance and training on software applications as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain, support, and enhance IT infrastructure
- Assist with IT projects, including planning, deployment, upgrades, and coordination with internal teams or third-party vendors
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong foundational IT knowledge (CompTIA A level or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with Windows desktop and server environments
- Proficiency with Active Directory and domain management
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, DHCP, IP addressing, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing situations
- Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments, Worldox)
- Previous experience supporting legal or professional services clients
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft, Cisco, or DMS certifications)
