Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress
• Document and track client progress and outcomes accurately
• Educate clients and families on techniques to improve communication and swallowing

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an SLP in the state of Arizona
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with seniors or in geriatric settings is a plus
