Qualifications:
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
- Candidates with strong communication skills, including proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and a deep understanding of Deaf culture, are highly desired
- Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
