Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Installer to join our team. As a Landscape Installer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, hardscaping, and garden maintenance. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Our business focuses on Florida native plants, eco-friendly landscaping and detailed gardening using organic practices. We DO NOT mow lawns on a regular basis.
Duties:
- Trim small trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Hand weed and hand prune
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques
- Ability to dig, build, and install various landscape features
