Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Director of Fleet & Fleet Office Manager and team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour


Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Fleet Office Staff with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for Recalls.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to fleet operations.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff and clients, providing information and support as needed.
  • Support management efforts by maintaining accurate and organized Fleet files.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or consulting industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
