LIVunLtd is seeking a reliable Spa Artisan (Massage Therapist) to join our growing team! As the Spa Artisan your responsibilities will include delivering excellence in quality Spa services to guests and visitors in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Artisan will escort clients to and from treatment rooms and attend to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talk with clients about symptoms, medical history, and desired results
- Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body
- Manipulate muscles or other soft tissues of the body
- Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture
- Document client’s condition and progress
- Provide a high level of customer service to guests.
- Wear corporate / building approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working.
- Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous spa experience is preferred.
- Have a valid license or certification
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Should be able to solve problems independently and be able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
- Must have superior customer service skills, be enthusiastic and have a high level of attention to detail.

COMPENSATION
The Spa Artisan position with LIVunLtd pays minimum wage in accordance with state minimum wage laws, and per diem at a 35% of service charge.
