A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE
Our exciting and entrepreneurial culture will require you to think creatively, solve problems and meet the needs of our clients daily. A typical day might include the following:
- Accurately calculating and recording field data.
- Reviewing job specifications and planning field work methods and costs.
- Operating survey instruments, manual and power tools to obtain data.
- Locating and identifying property corners.
- Staking and measuring control points.
- Preparing and maintaining inventory of equipment and materials.
- Driving to and from various project sites.
- HS Graduate or GED
- 5 years extensive field and survey experience in boundary, topographic and construction surveying.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ability to occasionally lift/carry a minimum of 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.
- Previous work experience in an AEC related firm.
- Experience in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Safety Training Classes and/or OSHA certification.
- Training Certifications (CST, MOT, CPR, first aid, etc.).
