Responsibilities
- Independently maintain landscapes, including tasks such as weed pulling and applying weed control sprays.
- Perform general property upkeep, including trash pickup and ensuring overall cleanliness of assigned sites.
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a consistent and efficient work pace.
- Keep work vehicles clean, organized, and ready for daily use.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (required for driving work vehicles between job sites).
- Ability to pass the Illinois Pesticide Operators test (company provides training and covers test expenses).
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Offered compensation: $18/hr - $21/hr
