Job Information & Requirements:

• Full-Time hourly employment @ $20 and up based on experience
• Work Hours: 45-50 hours per week
• Ability to work independently in the field for 95% of the time
• Participation in our after hours on call rotation program
• Meet or exceed established performance and productivity metrics
• Driver's license in good standing
• Company vehicle and tools provided
• Minimum 1 year in service maintenance work

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, assess, verify, schedule and perform Work Order Activities for condo associations.
• Engage in daily interactions and timely communication with various individuals, including office staff, Co-Owners, Property Managers, and team members.
• Drive our service van and use LLCC tools to perform service work to our standards.
• Coordinate with the office to schedule regular maintenance on service vehicles and tools.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a digital shared calendar.
• Attend and participate in Team meetings.
• Perform work both inside and outside occupied homes and buildings.
• Execute daily on-site tasks according to the assigned work order, adhering to LLCC best practices and achieving agreed-upon KPI objectives.
• Enter per job notes into phone or device before, during and after each work order assignment per LLCC best practices.
• Complete, daily, invoicing for work completed.
• Participate in the Service Division’s process improvement and best practice development and recording.
• Estimate costs for goods and services to assist the Service Coordinator in creating bids for customers.
• Provide assistance and training to other Service technicians when opportunities arise.
• Participate equally with other service technicians in the LLCC After Hours On-Call service program.

Here are the skills needed for this position:

• Proficiency in roofing systems and the ability to make lasting repairs for roof leaks.
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with the ability to perform simple repairs.
• Competence with hand tools, power tools, and common tools such as hammers, saws, and drills.
• Carpentry skills including trim and fascia replacement, building basic decks and stairs.
• Capability to perform repairs on aluminum/vinyl siding.
• Ability to prime and paint surfaces effectively.
• Analytical skills to evaluate, assess, and determine the root cause of issues and apply appropriate fixes.
• Dedication to adhering to best practices and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficiency in drywall repairs, including proper taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing our Field Service app on a smartphone or tablet to efficiently schedule and manage work orders.
• Effective and clear communication with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
