You Will Be Successful
Event Sales Manager will lead the success of our private dining events program. We need an individual who is meticulous about persuasive communication and organization skills and can effectively manage time. The Event Sales Manager is responsible for organizing and executing BEO meetings to debrief the management and culinary teams of event details. The position requires attention to detail, professional communication skills, outstanding guest service and organizational processes. The position also requires a flexible work schedule which allows for shifts worked during evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities
- Possess strong knowledge of current food and wine trends
- Reports to Director of Private Events and utilizes Event Coordinators to assist in final details.
- Develops and maintains strong, long lasting customer relationships to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Proven ability to increase sales through exceptional guest experiences, local store marketing, styled shoots, trade show participation
- Communicates details of upcoming events with the chef and managers, through accurately prepared Banquet Event orders and verbal communication
- Interacts with managers/culinary team regarding menu development, and event space set-up
- Maintain Banquet Event order (BEO) book for the banquet department and execute functions related to operational administrative needs
- Experience in Restaurant operations, catering, or event management-strong preference for working knowledge of restaurant operations
- High energy, enthusiastic, personable face of the company able to connect with a diverse client base to include but not limited to weddings, corporate events, marketing socials, family gatherings and celebrations
- Working knowledge of Tripleseat software preferred
