Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and operate breakfast buffet
• Prepare all food in accordance with standard recipes and as specified by the guest.
• Visually inspect, select and use only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items.
• Check and control the proper storage of product and portion control, i.e. especially high cost meat and fish items.
• Keep refrigeration, dry storage, and working areas clean and organized to comply with health department regulations.
• Assist with banquet and restaurant preparation

Must have flexible availability to work morning and evening shifts!

Pay rate: $16/hr

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years of cooking experience
• Knife skills
• Meat temperature knowledge
• ServSafe certified preferred
