If you are a dedicated Metal Stamping Machine Operator that loves working on a highly skilled team in metal stamping, this is the position for you!
Job Overview:
- Operate punch presses in an efficient and safe manner.
- Assist loading coil of material onto and through the automatic feed mechanism or hand-feed the press with raw materials.
- Stack and load finished products.
- Complete paperwork pertaining to production, quality, or quantity.
- Inspect product using necessary test gauges, etc. to ensure quality requirements are met or exceeded. Detect and report parts not meeting specifications.
- Handle, load, stack and fill coils of material weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications:
- One year of previous machine operator experience.
- Vision corrected to motor vehicle standards.
- Work in a loud shop atmosphere.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Remain on feet continuously for entire shift.
Shift Availability
1st shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts, any hours over 40 in a work week is overtime pay!)
Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays when required.
