What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at Load Trail LLC?
Finishing Utility / Finishing Floater
This employee will be responsible for ensuring trailers move smoothly through our finishing processes. This may include double-checking work orders, making sure all parts are with the order, and filling in where needed to keep the line moving.
Experience in parts, lights, wiring, batteries, lumber, floor screws, axles, hydraulics, paint, powder-coat, and/or additional trailer finishing is preferred.
Requirements:
- Adaptable
- Willing to learn
- Punctual
- Ability to follow safety rules and regulations
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to climb under and around trailers as needed
- Ability to stand and lift 50 pounds regularly for 8 hours
