Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist (Warehouse)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Reports To: General Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, leaving your afternoons free!

Job Overview
We’re looking for detail-oriented and dependable Fulfillment Specialists to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role is critical to our operations, focused on accurately picking, packing, and shipping a high volume of customer and wholesale orders. The ideal candidate thrives in an energetic environment and is committed to precision and speed.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently pick orders with a high degree of accuracy, meeting daily pick rate expectations
- Pack and ship orders according to standard operating procedures.
- Communicate in fulfillment channels (e.g. Slack, ShipStation, NetSuite, etc.) regarding orders, errors, or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all safety protocols.
- Assist in cycle counts, replenishment, and product staging as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet department goals and deadlines.
- Take on special projects or additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping role preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volume.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and walk/stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Clear and professional written communication skills.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00/hr. for highly qualified candidates
