Job Summary:

The facility is located in a suburb of Salt Lake City, nestled between the Oquirrh Mountains and the Jordan River. This location offers a mix of river and mountainside living.
Coverage needed is clinic and procedure coverage Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Some days are all clinic while other days are a mix of clinic and procedures.
