You'll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, so you are ready to step in as manager when needed.
This Position is typically scheduled 20 - 25 hours a week.
On average, Sales Leads can expect shift lengths of 4 - 6 hours long.

- Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
- 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and possess proficient cash handling skills
- Enjoys communicating and coaching
- Flexible availability that includes 2 evening shifts a week, and Saturday OR Sunday.
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
- Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
