Our client - a reputable and stable Oilfield Service company seeks experienced Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk. This will be a temp-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience in an industrial setting and an exceptional level of professionalism. This is a team position and the candidate must be comfortable working in a team setting. Pay will be determined by level of experience and performance on routine computer based testing. Job duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Coordinating with various employees to acquire needed information for billing tickets
- Routine billing to include monthly and job completion
- Coordinating all approval tickets with inside and outside staff
- End of month reporting
- Other duties as assigned.
