- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for ERP, CRM, and FinTech implementations, ensuring organizational readiness.
- Lead initiatives across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Epic Health, and financial technologies, aligning change strategies with business priorities.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify change risks, adoption barriers, and readiness gaps.
- Design and implement training programs, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) models, to drive successful adoption.
- Create and manage detailed communication plans for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce end-user training content and optimize the learning experience.
- Track and report key adoption metrics (KPIs) such as user satisfaction, training effectiveness, and business impact.
- Provide ongoing change governance support and recommend improvements based on performance evaluations.
- Partner closely with leadership and SMEs to streamline change processes and align initiatives with business goals.
- 10–13 years of hands-on experience in change management, organizational transformation, and digital adoption.
- Proven success managing change across enterprise-wide deployments of Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Epic Health, and FinTech systems.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, training design, and process improvement.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Confluence.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or relevant Agile methodologies.
