Experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in managing software development, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation tools.
Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
Educational Qualification and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is a plus.
5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership.
