Job Summary: As an Assembler II at LogistiQ, A Division of LEWCO, you will be a part of our manufacturing operations team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, be able to take and follow verbal and written direction and perform well in a teamwork environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Basic assembly of company products, including but not limited to framing conveyors and installing rollers, using general hand tools.
- Set bearings, pulleys, and motors on conveyor systems.
- Conveyor belt tracking.
- Follow work instructions, sketches, diagrams and blueprints to assemble company products.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Knowledge of and the ability to use and provide personal basic hand tools, including impact, screwdrivers, wrenches, torque wrenches, and tap & die sets, etc.
- Ability to be trained and certified on overhead cranes and lockout tagout.
- Ability to interpret sketches, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Wear the required PPE, including safety shoes and safety glasses.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Must have basic reading and writing skills in the English language.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Basic computer data entry skills, including but not limited to clocking on and off jobs in ERP system.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of 60-day probationary period.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years mechanical experience preferred.
