The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with California labor laws, and helping foster a strong team culture across our locations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to take the next step in their HR career—especially in a leadership-forward role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with employee relations and investigations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Help coordinate training, evaluations, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on team engagement, recognition, and morale-building efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions from both in-house and outsourced team members.
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience (healthcare or dental preferred).
- Strong understanding of California labor laws.
- Proven leadership ability, even in a coordinator-level role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
