What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Lomar Specialty Advertising?
Lomar Specialty Advertising is a specialty advertising company seeking an ambitious and highly motivated person to join our customer service team. Our company specializes in branding therefore this individual must possess a certain degree of creativity to help assist the customer utilize the most effective products for their business. He or she will work with other team members to assist in the ordering process; creating quotes, sending virtual samples and shipping orders. Candidates must type well. Typing speeds of 55 wpm or higher are required along with proficiency with QuickBooks software. Familiarity with Contact Management Software such as ACT, Microsoft Dynamic, etc are preferred. Basic Graphic Design skills are also a plus.
This position requires a winning attitude and someone who is not afraid to interact with the customer. A background in sales is also beneficial & reliable transportation is required.
This a temporary to Permanent position.
Pay Rate: $18.00 ( depending on experience)
