What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at London Bridge Resort?
Local Grind Havasu Coffee is looking for a daytime barista who is experienced, well-spoken, energetic, enthusiastic, & a fast learner. We have a team-oriented work environment and need individuals who are motivated to excel and to educate customers about our products. We have full and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Gives excellent and friendly customer service
- Accurate cash handling and operation of POS system
- Stocking out pastries, cookies, etc. for sale. Restocking products as necessary
- Provides high-level of coffee service during busy hours, including making a variety of espresso and non-espresso drinks
- Up keeping our high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts
- Team player, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done
- Coffee experience and NYC Food Handler's Certification is a plus
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Salary: $xx.00 to $yy.00 /hour (Plus tips?)
- Hours of availability: 7 am to 2 pm
- Experience:
coffee: 3 years (Preferred)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
cashier: 1 year (Preferred)
barista: 1 year (Minimum)
hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
