Key Highlights:
- Location: Oregon OH
- Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
- Work Schedule: 4 days/week, no weekends
- Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 (Full-time)
- Guaranteed Minimum: $800-$1,200 per day (depending on experience)
- Production Bonus: 25% of adj production - including hyg codes

- Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available
Candidate Requirements:
- Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
