Job Title: Yearbook Advisor
Reports to: Athletic Director and/or Principal depending on coach
Job Goal: To provide leadership, supervision, and organization of a specific activity, and to carry out the objectives of the total activities program. To instruct students in fundamental skills and strategies necessary for them to realize individual and team success. At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
Terms of Employment: Compensation and duration of coaching season to be established by the Board.
Assessment: Job Description serves as assessment and is handled by the Athletic Director and/or principal as needed. There may be another evaluation tool used but this template serves as the duties and characteristics needed in all head coaching positions.
