What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Project Manager position at Lonewolf Workforce?

Key Responsibilities :

Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients engineers subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee material procurement and equipment delivery schedules.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress safety compliance and quality assurance.
Resolve projectrelated issues promptly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and communication.
Manage project budgets including cost tracking and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial HVAC industry (5 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation processes and industry standards.

Excellent project management skills including scheduling budgeting and risk management.

Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project Procore etc.).

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP LEED AP or similar) are a plus.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
