RN Supervisor Summary:
The RN Supervisor coordinates the administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and time frame to ensure an effective and efficient environment for residents, family, and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure nursing operational standards are met
- Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics
- Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
- Handle complaints or other issues
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends
- Keep records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases, and procedures
- Handles Admissions
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program required
- Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California
- Current valid CPR certification required

Pay: $48.00 - $57.00 per hour
