Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Provide support to Sales Engineer members of the Building Automations Sales Team.
- Assist with compiling bids, reviewing project pricing and sales margins under supervision from senior employees.
- Assist with system selections and pricing with supervision of senior employees.
- Assist with ordering equipment and confirming order acknowledgments with supervision of senior employees.
- Familiarize self with departmental structure, workflow, and relevant software systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of collegiate level education focusing on business, engineering, construction, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization.
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC industry.

- This position may involve sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
