What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Long Doggers Eateries?
Our bartenders at El Tucan are dedicated to 110% Guest satisfaction. Our bartenders must strive to reach a level of fun and enthusiasm backed by great service, which sets us apart from other restaurants. It is your job to ensure our Guests receive this experience.

Must be 18 years old or older, to serve alcohol.
- Not 18? Apply for a Food Runner/Hostess or Kitchen position!
- Experience is a plus, but not required! We will train you!
The Job:
- Greet each guest and provide an excellent experience for every Guest
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Be accessible behind bar at all times for Guests and Team members
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
- Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
- Answering telephone within three rings and direct calls
- Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
- Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and bar area to company standards
