Starting at $18.00 hourly plus incentives
This is a full-time position and includes the following benefits:

Position Description
The Contact Center Agent position consists of using techniques on prospects and persuading potential and existing customers to purchase our array of products (roofing, windows, doors, and baths). Agents will utilize sales scripts better to target the needs and interests of specific individuals and persuade potential customers to purchase a product(s). You will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and helping them achieve their home improvement goals.

Position Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using CRM systems and Salesforce a plus
