What You’ll Do:
- Be the primary contact between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.
- Listen to customer concerns, arrange necessary repairs, and handle vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics.
- Provide clear, expert recommendations on required repairs and maintenance, keeping customers informed and confident.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a dealership or large service facility.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A strong technical background paired with excellent customer service skills.
- Ford Manufacturer Certification is a plus, but not required.
- You thrive in a fast-paced team environment, maintain a professional appearance, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
